overstressing it

looking at things deeply, analyzing ourselves and our experience is great. it's necessary if we want to climb out of our unproductive cycles. it's like reading a manual on "how to live life," or creating our own manual.

but sometimes, we have to set the manual down and just live our experience. what's the use of keeping our faces buried in the pages and never giving ourselves the chance to put what we're learning into practice?

relaxing from time to time and immersing ourselves in what life has to offer is necessary if we actually want to make our theoretical learning a living reality.

if instead we maintain a strong divide between the imperfect realities of our day to day existence and our immaculate spiritual beliefs, these two worlds will never meet.

There are people who read all the spiritual books and are up to date with the latests trends but are still angry and haven't learn anything from them. Better to have one small real experience and know it in your heart than to read all the books in the world and not know any. Some masters cannot be emulated and better not to get too deep into it and grab something more within reach.
