strangely enough, what causes all the unnecessary suffering in our lives is the fact that we are our true nature and can be nothing else.

our true nature is why we suffer

always known
we feel that if we stopped this constant activity of defining ourselves we would simply become a nobody… and that's exactly right.

wanting to be somebody
the assumption is that we have to find that perfect "somebody" to be so that we can finally be happy.
in reality, we have to be "nobody" to be happy. if we can be nobody, then the truth of what we are is free to express itself.
then we can be the infinite manisfestations of consciousness, expressed in endlessly varied ways.
forcing free consciousness to adhere to the somebody we think we are or the somebody we want to be, or repressing it to avoid the somebody we don't want to be is how we block and remain ignorant to our true nature.
