it's not enough

we’re constantly looking for that ‘something more’ in things; in our relationships, in our jobs, in possessions, in our state of physical shape, in our philosophies about life.

we're right in one thing: there’s something we’re overlooking, something we’re not quite getting right. everybody has this sense in life, but where we make the mistake is in looking for that something more that keeps on eluding us in things.

our relationships change, we get tired of our jobs, a car in the end is just a car, our philosophies – no matter how elevated and intelligent – don’t end up solving anything in our day to day experience.

none of these things will ever be enough. only in enoughness itself will we find the fulfillment we seek, and it is already present as the simplest aspect or our nature. if you’re looking for it, you’ve already missed the point.

kelinda.. i miss your presence, so sincerely positive, tan alegre, tan amable.. eres una de las mejores amigas que he tenido en mi vida.

and i think it's cool you're interested in reading the stuff i put on here.. it's maybe not perfectly expressed and i'm probably not aware 100% of the reasons why i do it but it's not just looney talk, there's something real behind it ;)
